This Steel Picatinny Rail is precision made by Contessa Alessandro & C. s.n.c. The part is precision made to fit the Sako S20, Merkel Helix and Sabatti Saphire rifles with exact spacing to fit to the rifle with the supplied wrench. You mount this rail by removing the Recoil Bar Cross Pins, then sliding the rail on to the rifle's picatinny mounts. Then you insert the Recoil Bar Cross Pins back into the mount, through the picatinny grooves and tighten up. This is the Extended Version designed to be used with scopes such as night vision, which need to be mounted rearwards for better eye relief.
